My buddy Keaton Simons just finished up a tour with Pat Benatar & REO Speedwagon (yeah, I know…) a couple of days ago and decided to have a pre-birthday bash at Duke’s Alehouse in Crystal Lake, IL. This was so much fun, Keaton is a great musician and friend, a wonderful songwriter and an absolutely burning guitar player. He was even nice enough to invite me and some other folks up to sit in on a few Beatles tunes and possibly a Destiny’s Child song or two. Great guy and a wonderful night with tons of good friends.
